I moved here a while ago and it has been horrible. Across the road from me there is social housing and these people are coming in at all hours of the night, talking loadly, screaming even (mostly in Arabic which makes it downright scary tbh).
I mentioned this to Het Kwartier but they basically shrug their shoulders and say they cannot do anything about it.
These loud people wake me up at least once a week and thus I wouldn't recommend living here at all. It is simply a horrible experience and I am looking for other housing.
