Everyone at the salon is very kind, they use top products for your hair, and they are willing to give you options within your budget (which is totally worth it in my opinion).

Made appointment with Mahis, who is a master. This time it was only for a haircut, but I also go to him for the best tease-balayage in Amsterdam. My absolute favourite in the city.
Had my hair cut and color done by Caby. Great styling and indeed I felt more beautiful after she was done (as she had promised on the website). Great service, had my drink refilled, with enough small talk to make me comfortable, yet Not intrusive. I had enough time to do my emails. Her colleagues were all friendly, and they seem to have great chemistry which lent to a great ambience.
