This salon destroyed my hair. Bad highlights, stylist went over pre lightened hair not just on regrowth but along whole strand which caused major breakage halfway along strands of about 40% of my hair. Young (mid 20s) poorly trained staff member. She noticed the breakage but didn't do anything at the time (swept away the evidence before I could see it) and let me go home where I immediately noticed as soon as I ran a brush through it.
