My experience at Q hair club was wonderful. The haircut turned out to be exactly what I wanted. The lady working on my hair seemed very experienced at her job. She was very friendly and we had a nice chat.
And I didn't bleed my wallet out for a good haircut. Very satisfied.

I went there to do highlights. The result was not what I wanted. The colour was yellowish and they were not careful with the technique - sometimes very big pieces of hair in a highlight. After I complained, they applied another paint to make it less yellow, which in the end was ok, but I will never go there again. Putting 2 starts because the prices are very compatible - way cheaper than at other places.
