I booked an appointment online for half head highlights and cutting with Vislene. When I arrived perfectly on time, the shop was full with waiting customers (not Corona proof). They asked me to wait for a half hour. Then Vislene did not color and cut me, but her colleague I did not asked for. I showed a picture of what I wanted and asked them again for half head highlights. They only said "yes" and started colouring. After FOUR hours, and multiple questions about what they were doing (with no clear response), they charged me for a full head balayage of €255! I said that was not wat I asked for, and the only response they gave was that it looked nice and that the guy that treated me was new and couldn't speak English. In my response that that was not my problem, they still charged me €205, instead of the €120 my roommate paid one week ago for the same treatment I asked for. However the end result looks nice, I'm not going here again.

Vislene and her team are amazing, welcoming, super professional, always on time (which I value a lot and is not normal in hair salons!) and the prices are fair. I really recommend the hair Botox, which calms down wild frizzy hair (also new growing hair) and makes it super soft without straightening it. I’ve recommended her to my friends as well and they all became customers!

Vislene is a hair goddess. She is so professional, and can you can really tell she takes pride in her work. Such a lovely person to be around, and I just left with the best bayalage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
