Lovely salon, great for cutting and styling curly, mixed hair. They made sure I left the salon happy and provided useful advice and tips for curly hair. Very good experience overall, would recommend.

I find that my bob line turned out looking sloppy on unstyled hair ; disappointing for the price. [Add-in in reaction to the salon's reply]: I booked an appointment at 13:30 on September 19th under the name Elise P. I booked this appointment via email where I specified I wanted the "I-dentity" behandeling (with hair color/highlights but without make-up) that I saw on your website. When I arrived at the salon, I didn't get the "short list of questions, mood boards, and color collar" from the "I-dentity" described on your website. Instead, the stylist wanted to cut my hair first before discussing the color because of her schedule. So she gave me two options: either washing my hair twice (before cutting and after coloring) or cutting my hair on dry hair. Since I didn't want to have my hair washed twice in one afternoon, I agreed to have my bob line cut on dry hair, but I had no idea that it would look like this on my unstyled thick hair. One weird thing was also that the stylist took some "before"-pictures of my hair but didn't take any "after"-pictures. They were closing the salon and everybody wanted to go home as soon as possible. I am not looking for any compensation, I will just wait for my hair to grow back first. I learnt my lesson and will not accept a cut on dry hair in the future because it turns out it doesn't look well-cut on my hair.

Lovely salon, very good for cutting and for hair colour. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Nice staff and very good service

Before Christmas I made an appointment on Monday (lovely a hairdresser who is open on Monday). Julia cut my hair perfectly after she first listened to my wishes. After a week I also called if I was satisfied, well great anyway. I'll definitely return!
