Good quality, nice atmosphere, professional haircut
Every time I go to this place for a haircut, the staff are very friendly. Hairdressers know what they are doing. No mistakes yet for my haircuts.
I went to Brainwash in De Pijp 4 months ago and it went perfectly well. Very satisfied with it. Today I went again, wanted to have the same model due that now it is already in a bad shape, but requested not to make it significantly shorter. I was handled by different hairdresser. And it was totally HORRIBLE. She only cut the ends, and asked me “you got layer before, right?” i nodded and she cut the layers’ ends. Professional hairdresser should know whether my hair has layer or not. I was shock because she only trimmed my hair ends, and said it’s done. I requested again to shape it well, and make it more volume, because she did nothing to the layers. But she said “I should use a volume product.” Oh i’m very much disappointed this time. She is not professional at all. I wish i asked her name.
Friendly staff & great haircuts. Make sure you come early in the weekends as the waiting time gets pretty long. Wish they worked with appointments would help a lot!
Waited 1 hour in the meanwhile the hairdresser was doing her own hair instead of helping clients
