Super music shop with super kind & and helpful staaf!
Bought already two Eastman guitars as B stock from them and both guitars guitars arrived the next day like brand new, shinnig, new strings, very well setup and well packed against damage!!

Got a 2nd hand drum set, it was fully functional as described and with all parts and accessories included. Ordered on Tuesday at 3PM and got it on Wednesday at 2PM in my house.
For years I have been coming to Joh. Mr. for pianos, maintenance and other stuff. Customer satisfaction is paramount here! Unfortunately, you don't see this everywhere anymore. There is a relaxed and quiet atmosphere in the store, so it is always very nice to have a look. Recently I purchased a Kawai K300. After delivery / installation of the piano, it turned out that the regulation of the piano had changed slightly (probably due to transport or acclimatization in the home). Contacted immediately and everything was immediately checked and resolved by piano technician Cor Roozendaal. The fine of Joh. the lord is that they have their own studio and a piano technician so that someone can always be on the spot quickly. Top service.
