After asking 3x about the subfloor, on the advice of sellers bought PVC click floor.
We now have problems due to the wrong subfloor. Problem is not solved satisfactorily. It is even denied that there have been questions about the sub-floor. Verbal agreements are not binding at this shop.
After contact with Carpetright regarding response review, they maintain their position that verbal (thus unprovable) agreements do not entitle to real compensation.
Friendly help and articles were very quickly available for collection!
