For 12 years we have been delivering packages on the straight dirt road, 1 x at Cigo, Package is missing, never arrived at the receiver. Declaration made. Also the shipping prices are incorrect, they charge their own prices that are higher than the prescribed prices. UNRELIABLE SO PURE THEFT. Eventually after 2 weeks the package arrived at its destination, but without even one stamp from Post NL for which we paid. Strange that the package suddenly pops up after the declaration.

Very unfriendly owner. Lost package while it can be seen on the camera that it did arrive. According to the owner, the WS was given to the wrong person. When I ask how that is possible because you are supposed to identify yourself, he replies: no, we do not ask for proof of identity, we are far too busy for that. He then tells me that I should contact the courier myself and that it is not his responsibility😡😡
