The service was fast and kind. The bikes in good condition, though without a gear. The ability to return the bikes in any of their other stores is really nice. The price is a bit high - but though we missed our 3 hours limit by almost an hour, they were kind enough not to charge us for it

Up there with the best bike shops in Amsterdam. These guys actually know about bikes and will try and work with you in the best option for you. Will continuously bring my bike back here no matter how far.

Took my bike in for a service, picked it up and started riding it. Began to notice a grinding noise and took it back. The noise was the wheel nut hadn’t been tightened up from there end. Rode it some more, and another noise from my wheel turns out the wheel was bent which hadn’t been picked up in the service. Very disappointed considering I paid around 140 euros in total. Wouldn’t go back.

Juno and the crew were extremely helpful giving really good sound practical advice on all aspects of our bike purchase, including the most economical way to get them home to London. They have a decent selection of bike to meet various budgets. Having said that, we bought pretty much the least expensive ones there and they are head and shoulders above any other bike we have ridden in Amsterdam, and made in Netherlands too! The ride, posture and gearing, all perfect. They were super helpful in re-packaging the bikes after we road them for the weekend so that we could take them home on our return flight. Thank you Juno and Nikai, we love our bikes!

Very bad customer service. They have a premium pricing model, yet staff are interested in the volume of customers they’re getting through rather than providing a quality service to each one. So go elsewhere and pay top dollar where you can get a good level of service. Or, go to a cheaper place and accept the bad service. But go here at your own risk, because you get charged highly for poor service.
