Our daughter, who is dependent on a wheelchair, wanted to make a trip through Japan after her exam. We needed adapted hotels and transport for that. I presented our wishes to Tojapan / HIS Travel and they came up with a good proposal. Because they have offices in Japan, the best available hotels (adapted and near a station) could be booked. This cannot be arranged without local assistance. The trip went very well. Everything we needed was arranged in advance and was also available. A defective Wi-Fi router in Tokyo was replaced by the local office the next day and a change to an excursion in Osaka was arranged immediately. A must if you want a carefree trip through Japan.
Very pleasant travel in Japan. Everything well arranged on the spot. If only we had known that after the bad experience at Tojapan where we wanted to arrange our Japan rail pass, router and Suica for way too much money. Advice; don't do it all is easy there. Much more customer-friendly and affordable !!!
