What a great week! With nice people, a great stay, a very nice island in perfect weather and circumstances and with nice trainers and varied workouts. And fantastic put down by the organizer! If you are looking for an active, healthy, challenging but also relaxing holiday in the beautiful atmosphere and nature of Ibiza where you also come across a nice group of like-minded people, this is where you need to be! Without exaggeration ... And you don't have to be a body pouch for that, but you do have to arrange a healthy portion of exercise :)
The workouts are cool, varied, spicy, groundbreaking and a wonderful way to see the many sides of the green and special island. Those outdoor activities, hikes, workout on the beach, walking, kayaking, they make it really nice in combination with the group activities in the garden at the villa. Apart from that, there is plenty of time to do your thing on your own and to withdraw. Highly recommended.
A super cute, sporty week at a dream location!
The group was very diverse and above all super nice people.
Every day a different training / activity (kick box, hiking, kayaking, beach work out, pool work out) and still had enough time to discover the island. Each morning start your day with a dip was awesome :)
Everything was arranged so well. From goodie bag to BBQ party everything was great!
I can't wait until next time.
