I need an emergency appointment today and asked "Marleen Strategier" if someone cancels his/her owns, please replace me with them. Hopefully, she did well and found a free time slot. Also, the officer "Senthuran Appiah" was very helpful, and I finally got the sticker on my passport immediately, and he guided me on how I can change my wife's visa. I was really happy with their services. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, and I wanted to show my respect to them by writing this feedback!
