Basic-Fit Fitness Eindhoven Philips Stadium

Today my wife went into this gym as she goes since December 2019 however seems like the manager was in a bad mood day and started to complain about she not having a towel, then my wife said she was going to buy once she finished the series but as she is yet learning english and was not able to communicate properly might not being very clear, after this the manager started to shout calling attention of everybody in the gym because of the towel. It was very humiliating and a big lack of humanity. It’s sad the Basic-Fit has this kind of professional in head of a branch, even worse treating a immigrant with clear lack of communication skills in this way.

I went there today for the first time. I was waiting before the entrance for several minutes. I didn't bring a towel with myself. And the employee explained I can't go inside and should cancel my reserved time. He didn't explained that I can buy the towel and locker right there. He was a nice guy but didn't guide me properly.

Thanks corona if you sign contract you cant come everyday because to much people is inside....possible is go one time in week...30€ pay for 4times in month

The gym has the perfect location and the staff is fantastic and very welcoming, really. Their people is their best asset. The gym is somewhat big, there's plenty of choice and no one should complain on this. The con is that is already very full of customers. I cannot imagine they are accepting more since it is sometimes very hard to find a spot. If you plan to train on peak hours, accept that you're training is going to ger a cut in performance or even you have to give up.

My belongings have been stolen and employees they do not feel responsible for it. It is well-known that the lockers are responsibility of the user. Although, if someone got into yours (forcing the lock) and there is a camera right in front of the lockers, it can not be that the staff of the gym is not willing to help you. It is unacceptable that Basic Fit does not take action when such a lamentable situation is happening. It will be on you if the thief/member of Basic Fit gets away with thievery.
