Great service! Super friendly staff!

I was happy with driving CZ taxi transport for 15 years. But from January 2019 I have fallen far behind. That you have to be transported with an electric wheelchair I have the new electric wheelchair that is 10cm higher than the old ones that do not fit. I need a wheelchair for that. And then people called Van der Zanden who only called 1 so she had to look after another taxi company. This less but 1 So I also passed on to Cd who are going to sort that out so I am disabled and if I find out in an electric wheelchair then I really find less but Ca you know because everyone who gets a new electric wheelchair is higher than old .

Called last night at 02:28. For a taxi before 4:00 am, they said no problem then someone is ready. We arrive there and at 4:10 am still no taci to be seen. We call and it was promised that someone would come. Waited 15min again and no one came. Called again and then finally after waiting for 30 minutes in the rain !!!! Someone came. Very bad this. We are regular customers and I work in the catering industry, but this is the last time we call van der Zanden for us or for customers. Very bad service !!!!

You have nothing at all !! 9 out of 10 times No selling !! It is the upside-down world with them, making agreements when it suits them yes bye! They need to hire staff and not run a business with just a few drivers, they are big amateurs!

A loyal cz customer for more than 25 years, but also simply a customer at this taxi company. Always good and reliable drivers and pleasant drivers except for a few, the one who can occasionally react very cranky, especially cannot withstand stress, and often answers the phone, you often have to take a grain of salt ... a customer is told, as if she had to have her period, well ... that is how she may indeed come across. Just go against it and she will become reasonable again. I have had some trouble with it in recent years, mainly since they were almost bankrupt and the drivers could no longer pay and now it unfortunately came to a collision that I decided to leave the taxi company for another. Thanks for all the good years drivers! But unfortunately the owner and I could not agree on an accident (which he did not mention anything) and unfortunately my scooter died. A driver had him skewed out of the taxi and fell past it and yes that went so fast that the drive of the engine and rear axle is finally broken ... He wanted to have someone look at it himself, but unfortunately that is not allowed by the WMO (Municipality) and Medipoint and now unfortunately it is goodbye scooter and goodbye taxi van der Zanden. I was sorry, but the choice had to be made. Again, without the inconveniences of the last 2 years and this incident, it is a great company!
