Speaking as an expat, the staff all spoke English and made me feel very welcome. I was able to set up an appointment quickly and the service on the day of was professional and super friendly.

I am always really neatly helped here, and the people are very friendly. I have had dentist Hugo for 15 years and his work has also lasted for so long. This man is truly a craftsman

Try to earn from customers instead of helping them and see what's best for you. If you call after too much has been invoiced, it takes a long time for them to come back to you and you will receive the same costs but divided over 2 invoices.

Very unfriendly staff. In case of pain, indicate that you should not whine like that. Dentists often change and speak little or no Dutch. Complaints will not be processed. I went to another one a few years ago with great satisfaction, I would recommend that to everyone.

Very bad!! Have my teeth cleaned and ready after half an hour (€ 59), within 2 weeks there was more attack on my teeth than ever before. Apparently they have made my teeth too rough here so that they pick up a lot of attack and very badly polished. Called that after 2 weeks my teeth looked worse than before and discussed that I wanted a recovery treatment. This was ok but could only be done in 4 weeks. 4 weeks later, it appears that the appointment has not been recorded, just nothing noted, but luckily I could be helped and everything was cleaned again and I returned home. A week later I get the bill for this which was not agreed because the first time it was done so badly. I made my complaint and would be called back (for which I also had to call 3 times, pfff man man) Finally I get called back and I get a 20 min long list of why I still have to pay. Because most likely I use mouthwash and this is actually an attack and I was told a whole series of nonsense. I therefore indicate that wr had the agreement that it was a reparation payment and I would not pay this (if you go into the car wash with your car and it still comes out half dirty, then they also offer you a new round without to charge that) but anyhow one continues to indicate that there is nothing in the system for a free repair payment and after 20 minutes I was done with it. I have indicated to pay and NEVER MORE !! to come to this bad and very customer-friendly ball tent !!
