Quick service. In September 1 hose broke from the dishwasher. Technician for inspection within 2 days. Hose ordered and installed 3 days later (unfortunately wrong hose ordered because there were 2 order numbers with this part). But another 3 days later the right one was put in. Now Boxing Day again malfunction. Immediately inspection on Monday. Other hose now leaking. Ordered immediately .. built in today and it is running again. Good fast service to date. Neat mechanic. Definitely make use of them more often if necessary.

In terms of repair nothing to complain, everything went smoothly. However, we paid both service days in cash. Unfortunately, we received an invoice via e-mail 3 months later or we want to transfer the amount again, and we are expected to prove that we have paid. A typical case: "we turn our problem into your problem!" I recommend looking for another company for your repairs unless you like duplicate invoices. Update: Meanwhile, Elektro Netten has admitted their mistake of its own accord and apologized with a box of Merci. Although it took some stress, this has now been neatly dealt with.

After a month of contact, we only heard that the parts of our oven were no longer available while it was first indicated that they had been ordered. We called several times, the company promised to call back as soon as possible, but never called back. The final invoice was sent via email one month after the visit of the mechanic.
