For some time now, this company has been supplying broddelwerk. It was recently decided to give them another chance to restore confidence. We are sorry !! We have been trying to repair leaking water pipes and main taps in an apartment complex for 2 weeks now. This company, led by Peter and with mechanic John, ties one blunder to the next. When there is finally a new tap, it appears to be leaking. Calls to fix it are not answered. The request to call the emergency service is rejected although the water continues to leak !! When someone finally comes, after hours of discussion on the phone, old faucets are repaired instead of simply replaced with new ones, like the request. (less work + 100% quality = predictable outcome!). Thursday November 1, 2012 the same unsolved problem was reported again. The repairs are still leaking. The appointment for Friday is canceled. It's still leaking and protests are of no help here. In the weekend, everything leaked: 5 liters in 1 hour !! Nobody wanted to come even after the HOA got involved! When Mr John finally arrives on Monday, he turns on the main tap against all logic and without taking warnings into account. The result is that the apartment is flooded and the new kitchen is damaged. #! $ ^ & *! {F ** K Why would that main tap have been closed now? Right, the taps were not yet on in the new kitchen !!! And he had just been warned about that! This while it is said all the time that it is a completely different main valve !!!! (which could open and close) If you then call this company on the phone, it turns out that the namesake of this company is not talking but shouting, he is not mannered and uneducated. You are barked like a street dog .... Any realization that he is talking to a customer who wishes to have taken seriously his water damage caused by employee John, is completely missing. "We'll see each other in court", is the only comment that will come to which the receiver is thrown on the hook. THIS COMPANY IS AN ADVISER

It can't be true? Appointment made 16/02/2017 Appointment 21/02/2017 at 10.00 At 11.15 still no one from the company arrived. At 11.37 am contact with receptionist who thinks that someone from the company is already present at the object (see photo)? At 11.43 am the employee of the company calls me to tell me that he has completely forgotten the appointment! How can you run a business like this? Good luck with your further business operations ;-( But then WITHOUT ME as a potential customer !!
