Made an appointment more than 2 weeks ago for a quote. I waited 3 hours and then only called ff. apparently they knew nothing about it. I am glad that I have not had any work done yet, I wonder what happened to it ........ Apparently things are going too well, hence this laxity. I'd rather have it done there

*** ADDITION *** Eventually following this publication, contact was made and a compensation was offered with which a suitable solution was offered. ********************** After telephone contact about a blockage in the kitchen on the 1st floor, an appointment could be made quickly. The craftsmen (2x) who came by were very friendly. However, they were not aware that the kitchen was on the 1st floor, so they did not have the right material, but this was clearly passed on. Thereby remedied the unblocking with a shorter spring and then a thicker spring which was very difficult. All in all, this took an unnecessary amount of time, which is reflected in the bill. Displeased by e-mail but unfortunately never received a response.
