What a bad dentist I had to have a photo taken at my doctor because of suspected inflammation of the jaw On the day I called, the dentist was free on holiday, which was Friday 3 August So I had to go to a replacement dentist for the photo He saw a hole under the filling, but if there was no pain it could wait for my own dentist to return So today, Monday, August 5, I immediately called to arrive at half past eight due to increasing pain complaints I was able to attend around 2 in the afternoon I am very afraid of the dentist, so from half past eight to two is a long way for me But we were already happy that we could go Once in the treatment room it was said that we have not yet received any photos of the replacement dentist So I might just call for after question No, they didn't, I do that or else take a new photo No they didn't I every now and then Now we can't do anything But you can still take a new photo No even though I indicated that I was in pain and despite asking for a new photo There was no treatment possible In other words, we immediately switched from a dentist to whom I could go today with the announcement that a root canal treatment will take place So in other words, this dental practice graus just let you walk with this A report has already been made to cz because what is also incorrect is that the site states that they no longer have any contact with cz or other insurers and the insurances themselves do not know anything about it So in other words, a dentist of absolutely nothing

everyone can miss an appointment, if this happens more often with the same customer, okay then I understand, but this was a one-off, and could not do anything about it, then I think it is very unfortunate that I immediately get a fine, now walk you miss even more money, because I am no longer a customer, so it really will not be compensated in this way, very unfortunate that you work like that in your company, I will never become a customer again. So you will miss out even more. And a good conversation would have been fine, but an invoice of 30 euros was immediately sent, even when I explained the situation over the phone, 0.0 was understanding for this. I will pay my fine properly. And for the rest I will leave it here.

Never again, I had a breakdown, and had no transport to my appointment, my phone was empty, and could not inform the dentist, when I got home, I had explained everything, But we were still fined 30 euros , I understand if people do this more often, that they get a fine, but at one time? I think it's scandalous, you have lost me as a customer, and would advise against anyone to go there, because apparently they think that giving them a fine is normal, for whatever reason.

Very satisfied with this practice. Appointments expire on time and they are very professional and customer friendly !!!

Every time I am in time on time. Both at the dentist and at the dental hygienist. Very satisfied with this practice.
