Vivianne goes above and beyond in ensuring that any flight or holiday booked though her goes smoothly with every last detail thought of. She pulled out all the stops and worked through the night to fly my husband back from India before all flights were cancelled due to COVID. I have every confidence in her abilities to deliver a wonderful stress free travel experience, she is the only person I trust to book our holidays knowing she will deliver an amazing personalized service.

We have been to Thailand in Feb-March and booked our trip through Vivian Bongers. Vivian is a top travel consultant. She does everything with passion and love and has ensured that our trip was unforgettable. Received a lot of tips about which places are best and she arranged everything with a private guide and driver for us. The hotels are breathtakingly beautiful. In short everything was great. Vivian arranges a trip for her clients as if she were going to make the trip herself and get the best out of it. I am very happy that I booked our trip with Vivian and as soon as we can make long journeys again I will go to Vivian again. With heart and soul she dedicates herself to all the people around her.

I am a fan of Vivianne. Because of our work, I often have little time to look for a holiday myself. I can no longer see the wood for the trees. Vivianne has been taking care of our holidays for years. From hotel in the Netherlands to long-distance travel in Mexico. We pass on our wishes and she succeeds every time to arrange our perfect holiday. In addition, she is always there for us if something unexpected happens. The direct contact is fantastic. No exchanges or call centers, but a winner who is always ready for you. I can't wait to order the next one. She is the first I call when traveling is possible again.

For over 10 years I have blindly trusted Vivianne when it comes to arranging our vacations. I don't like figuring out and arranging and Vief takes this completely off my hands. I know in advance that everything is arranged down to the last detail. And is there ever a need for the man on vacation, she is also available 24/7. I never want to book myself again, let alone with someone else. Everybody needs a Vief in their life!
