I have bought from this store in January 17th 2021. I paid the purchase and shipping costs and my order never arrived. I have contacted the customer service over 5 times with NO RESOLUTION. I was informed customer service cannot refund me as they need to contact post nl. That was 15 days ago. One month and no resolution and very poor customer service.

I love my new Soda maker and easy access to sparkling water all day. The delivery was very quick also

the products are great. however i had to complain multiple times (!) and it still took the company 3 months (!!) to return my money. very bad customer experience. pls be aware EDIT: after that they tried to bother me via e-mail and even over the phone a few times, falsely claiming i still owed them. then finally they managed to delete my account, but they are still sending their spam (worst experience with a dutch company ever)
