I would highly recommend this yoga studio; Louke is a great teacher who puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone is correctly doing the poses and gaining the most benefit from the exercises. The studio is very cozy, fitting only 6-7 people which makes it possible to spend time focussing on individual technique. The atmosphere is lovely and the class itself is very relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. I always feel great and very relaxed after a class.

Louke is an extremely kind and soft teacher who actually pays attention to everyone's posture and movement. She gives valuable tips and adapts the rythm of the class to the needs of her students. She creates a loving and warm environment in her cosy studio and let's be honest... The relaxation part she creates at the end is the absolute BEST!

Made acquainted via SocialDeal with Yoga less is more. What a nice place to relax completely. The individual attention, the small groups, limitations that can be taken into account and the space to talk if there are matters that concern you. A terrible recommendation, even for young adults!
