Expect your deposit to be stolen with dodgy tax avoidance thrown into the bargain. What’s the point of a pre-inspection before moving out if you then add a huge list of items to be corrected AFTER a tenant has moved out and handed over the keys. Many things made up by this company. Things To be corrected without an invoice so those companies working for them can avoid paying tax to the government. It’s better known as fraud.
