unbelievable. This useless agency dares to not response to most messages and holds back money. I guess that is why they are not insolvent yet. UNBELIEVABLE bad business!

I looked for a studio to rent in several agencies, but with Immosa everything went fast and smoothly. Francois helped me very kindly not only at the beginning, but also afterwords at any my need. I strongly advise them!

I rented a room in a shared student flat from Francois. He and his colleagues were always dedicated to keep the apartment in a good shape and arranged for repairs very quickly whenever they were necessary. Also, communication was always very easy and to the point. I can recommend anyone to rent with them in Maastricht! :)

Unfortunately, Francois politeness ended together with me concluding the agreement with Immosa Makelaardij. The agency acts only on behalf of the landlord. Francois made very difficult for me the process of finding the substitution for my apartment in order to receive financial renumeration at every possible step even though I did all the work. He also falsified my signature at the check out form. I never received check in form or the pictures taken. On top of that Francois lied multiple times to potential candidates and to me about the conditions of the apartment and the terms of the contract that will be concluded. I highly discourage you to cooperate with this Agency,

Rude and unprofessional agency. Have no business sense and would never recommend this “agency” to anybody. Disgrace to Maastricht that you are there.
