Had bad experience with selling my house a few years ago. I left him but I had to pay a hefty fine for that. Read the small print.

Rented a studio, Alard was the point of contact. And showed me the building. Found through independent rental site never agreed to hire a broker. After viewing within a day a contract with 300 euros administration costs no clarity for which. pay everything in cash. Alard could never be reached in the year that I lived there. And there were all sorts of problems with the building. Takes no responsibility. Even his own hired receptionists say that they constantly receive calls from angry people with similar problems. Terrible guy no idea why people want to work with him.

I absolutely disagree with the MUST paying mediation costs to Alard van der Varst Stevensweert. It is well known that this is absolutely forbidden. Still, I have to pay 1X the monthly rent cash MUST !!!!

Do not show up for viewing appointment! Unreachable by phone. Voicemails left ... don't even bother calling back. Worthless!
