Good and friendly people. My request was handled promptly efficiently
As someone who has experienced many different public transportation companies and buses I will say that this is by far one of the bests. The bus (in comprising to where I live) are really accurate when it comes to timing the stops. I will also say that the cleanliness of the bus is impressive, and the choice of manufacturer is a reliable one. Ofcourse there aren't as many busses as big cities, but for being a "small" province it's impressive.
Amazingly helpful, friendly staff. Always service with a smile.
Customer-unfriendly old aunts who should not work there at all. and if you ask for information you will be snapped and pointed to the door in an unfriendly way. if you want travel information or whatever, then you know that better through the app, you currently have more on!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Here you can buy both national and international tickets. Certain tickets cost up to 3.50 euros more than at the vending machine or online. Lost property is handed over here and collection is even free.
