I came to pick up my click and collect. Some stuff was no longer in stock and I asked them kindly for a different size. They would not provide me a different size, customer service phone menu does not work after they did not pick up the phone.
Claim to sell things even calling it action of the week but after talking to shop managers they never seen the products nor do they know them!
