Sandy is a winner! Sandy guided me last year with sports and nutritional advice. I am now 20 kilos lighter and I just learned from my doctor that my sugar and cholesterol levels have improved considerably. Sandy teaches in a fun way and is always ready with good advice. And she made sure that I started to like sports 😀. In the meantime I work out with Sandy 3 times a week. Thanks Sandy!

I was with Sandy more than 5 months ago. After having had a bad eating pattern for years, she has broken this through eating schedule and personal training and top guidance I am well on my way to reach my goal. After working out with Sandy once a week, I started to like it so much that I also joined the gym where I can now be found 3 to 4 times a week. Sandy is a super nice girl and gives good advice and makes sports fun. Most people now have something sweet we now hear Vannessa talking about sports and about healthy eating, a total change. I feel better and feel better. The end of February is the end of my 6 month training with Sandy but I have decided to just keep going and I am not there yet and I definitely want to reach my goal 💪

Since a few months I have been sporting with Sandy and some other ladies. Working together towards the same goal: namely a healthier and sportier lifestyle, each at its own level. At Sandy I found the stick behind the door that I need. A group lesson once a week and a weekly menu with tasty and healthy recipes. Not long and difficult in the kitchen but fairly quick and tasty meals. Sandy is a pleasant girl who knows how to motivate you to reach your goal with her enthusiasm.

I started personal training with Sandy last year. Through nutrition education, exercises (tailored to me (and my rheumatism) and her enthusiasm, she got me on the right track to lose weight and live a healthier life. I am very satisfied with the personal training and I am guaranteed to be again about the Move & Health program !!

Started at Sandy a few months ago. Working together with a small group on the same goal to become fitter and slimmer. Sandy provides varied exercises, different every week. During the exercises she gives instructions, so that you also perform the exercise correctly. Every week you receive a menu by email, which provides guidance. If you want an extra sport moment, you can join the boot camp on Thursday. The monthly weighing moment provides the baton behind the door. In short, very satisfied with this all-in package and the professional guidance of Sandy.
