Absolutely worthless. You have to go after everything with this broker yourself. Together with my partner, I was interested in a rental apartment. All required documents were delivered personally, after which I received an email to submit the documents. After a telephone conversation it turned out that the documents were not properly archived. We were then told that we were at the top of the list to get an apartment. After waiting a few weeks an information morning attended. Pure waste of time since no new information was given at all. On the info morning, incidentally, it was indicated that a week later they were going to look at which people were given the apartments. Called 3 weeks later to ask if something was already known or how long it would take before more would be announced. Here, however, I was told that the people who had received the apartment had already received an email and we would still receive it (the email that I still haven't received a month after the phone call). When I asked why I was not eligible for the apartment, despite being "at the top of the list" we were told that the salary would not be sufficient. If you read it best broker.
