Rude treatment, half done. Agreements changeable and unclear, privacy is being violated. Very unpleasant.

Telephone call is recorded without asking, this should not be due to pravicy. Had a leak in the same roof after repair. I was told that I have no warranty as told because I have not entered into a 10 year maintenance contract. Mister became very unfriendly and told me not to call again. I said that I would write a bad reveuw if it was not resolved, then he said if I would do this the conseqentis for me .... here then ...

Thank you very much for the quick response today with the storm damage to our tiled roof. It was quite scary because the water seeped into the nursery, but because you were on the spot so quickly and made the emergency provision, I feel very relieved.
