We have very good experience with Baby planet Groningen. At the beginning of the pregnancy we also orientated orphans with both neighbors (baby dump and prenatal), but we quickly decided to get our baby out at baby planet. It is a warm welcome to the store and knowledgeable staff. The customer-friendliness was sometimes hard to find with the neighbors and was considerably better / good at baby planet. We recently reported a complaint / damage to our Bugaboo stroller. This is neatly resolved. Instead of that we only got the relevant button replaced, the entire chassis was replaced. We thought this was worth a good ten and it indicates that they provide super good service. We like to come there for months and even now that our daughter is almost a year old, we still come there for clothes, etc. Toppie!

Our pram that we bought in March 2020 had a number of defects after 6 months. We then received a completely new chassis and carrycot. We are therefore very pleased with Baby Planet's service! And definitely recommend this case !! 😃

Bought a winter jacket two months ago. However, there was a manufacturing defect on the sleeve so it could not be worn. We have received a new look by mail. Top!

Super good service! My compliments. We had bought a Bugaboo pram there. After a week we came to the conclusion that this was not the suitable stroller for us. My girlfriend is often alone with the children on the road. They then drive in the Polo and it is a bit fitting and measuring to get the entire stroller in the trunk. We called on Thursday, asking if it could be exchanged. After all, it was a show model. That was not a problem at all, it was said. Friday we returned to the store and the pram was taken back without mercy. The purchase amount would be refunded within 14 days. And what is our surprise? The complete purchase amount was credited the following day (Saturday). Well that really makes you happy! We have not bought anything now, but as soon as we need something again, we are the first to enter Baby Planet! Nice personal approach, they can learn from the neighbors;).
