4 years of fine sports at fit for free alphen aan den Rijn. Due to circumstances I had to cancel my 2-year subscription earlier. After terminating my 2-year sports subscription on 01-05-2020 I received no refund of the remaining money. After 2x a promise that the money would be in my account within 10 days and at the end of the month, called again and today I was told that they do not have the system in order and that they want to straighten it out before they receive the money refund. An indication date could no longer be given. Treated downright badly, expected better from a large company. Unfortunately, cheap is expensive for fit4free.

It's ridiculous that they can bear the name gym. We have been away for 1 year now due to the bad service and devices that are broken every time. Today they decided to collect subscription costs again while we have not been members for 1 year. What do you mean they hold someone's data for too long for unlawful use.

Good gym. But due to the corona hoax / plan a lot of devices are not available. Furthermore, it is very hot inside. The AC is rubbish.
