Good service. The only place I could find my model of the headphones
Superb customer service.. highly recommend
Poor customer service. Ordered a product on the 23rd of November and, after 12 days, still haven't received any updates regarding my order. Furthermore, when I contacted them by chat on their website, the answer they gave me was "we don't know when you will receive the product".
Mails come back. Can't send anything. No phone number so I can't make calls.
Is there anyone from GetLoud who can get in touch with me ???
