A star is still too much for this company. Very, very poor quality of parcel delivery and collection. First time 5 euros had to be paid for giving a small piece of adhesive tape, second time 3 euros had to be paid for printing 1 A4 sheet and the third time I was treated in a woman unfriendly way by the men behind were in the store. Also, during all three times, the employee was very customer-unfriendly and I was laughed at. I have never seen a case turn out so badly over and over again.

Packages are handled roughly here. 2x already picked up a broken package. Furthermore, there are no return options for products purchased here, which is not permitted by law. Employee was also very short with me. Avoid this shop if possible!

I always come here to bring my packages and never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and good service. Too bad there are so many bad reviews

I came to pick up 2 parcels, took Passport with me, but didn't get them because he didn't take them out of the mailbags .. I come back a few days later (today). I almost didn't get it because my passport had my entire name written out instead of just "Margriet Kremer". Now the measure was full so I explain that I am Margriet Kremer ... explain your own name with ID at hand ?! Then also had to show the mail of both packages. Other than that, it was very full, hot and unsanitary. I do deliver my parcels to other locations. I am a branch manager myself and I understand how to deal with a customer.
