As a physiotherapist, I'm picky when it comes to my fitness. I truly enjoy the excellent instruction of the small group training for safe, functional, and fun fitness!

Sterck offers small-scale group lessons and personal training sessions. Fantastic guidance of the trainers during the small group lessons. The owner makes you feel that everyone is welcome, which is very nice! Furthermore, you are not committed to anything, in principle you pay per lesson or buy a so-called 'strip card'. Sport at Sterck is very accessible and personally gives me a lot of energy to keep going.
