Good range of equipment and knowledge. Furthermore, you can train here on equipment where tension is exerted on the muscles in both directions and I think this gym is the only one in Alphen that offers this concept!

Nice, cozy all type of people nice after work out coffee at the bar. Super friendly staff. May only be cleaner and the power part may be larger
