Three times they changed the delivery date. Once they set a delivery date but never showed. They broke things and never reported this. Not a professional party to do your moving with.

I'm amazed at some of the reviews on here. Has moved several times with this company and the guys are always super nice and work very hard. Always on time, nothing is too much and if there is a problem they solve it. Super satisfied

We have rented a relocation lift from Mast, which we had reserved on a specific date / time. Everything went wrong with this organization. We are absolutely not crazies, but I really want to share this. It started with a bell. I asked for some info about the costs. Two prices were mentioned, namely the hourly rate for the elevator and the hourly rate for the elevator operator. I know this for sure because I wrote on a sheet what it would cost me in total for those three hours that we needed the elevator. Gentleman on the phone said, just send an email with the date / time to reserve that elevator. I did this but received no response. I then emailed afterwards asking if they could confirm the reservation. On the day of the move, the mover arrived about an hour late at the place of destination. We had made a reservation at 8 a.m. and had to have everything down at 1 p.m. for delivery. The mover arrived at just before 9 am. Then Mr. discovered that he had too few ladder parts. So he could go back to pick it up. The lift then had to be mounted. We had to lift this 8-9 meter long ladder ourselves with a rope. This was quite a job and full of risks. The employee let us attach the charger upstairs without checking this. We have had complete cabinets of tens of kilos on that elevator. The first time it almost went wrong because the elevator was tottering. Mr. himself came to take a look upstairs. We ourselves loaded the elevator with heavy stuff. This is a plateau that is approximately 75 cm from the frame. It is completely crazy that we were allowed to put heavy things on it. Without instructions etc. People walked under this ladder because MAST did not switch it off. Because MAST was much too late and we also received no instructions, we all have damage to our furniture. Then we received an invoice, which absolutely does not match the prices mentioned on the telephone. Moreover, MAST does not send a quote, so a lot can be done with the price. An example is the time they charge from shed to home and back. Great, those are costs. But here they easily counted half an hour too much on a piece of 5 km back and forth. There were even more unexpected costs. This together with the completely failed experience of ours made us here to meet us. This resulted in very inappropriate messages and allegations and lies from MAST to us. My advice is to NEVER contact this organization.

Yesterday Mast moving arranged my move from Haarlem to Groningen. They had to load our stuff in several places but didn't make a problem of anything. The boys did everything neatly and with a smile. Very nice guys to work with. Once in Groningen I saw how conveniently they packed everything. My clothes were placed in special hanging boxes so that they stay perfect without wrinkles. Didn't even know this existed. Mattresses were neatly wrapped in plastic. I went to help unpacking myself and the boys kept telling me that I had to be more careful with the stuff hahaha. How neat. They were in the car at 5am and continued working in one go. In the afternoon at 3.15 pm everything was ready! Incredibly thank you! I have moved a lot in my life but never experienced it in such a structured way. This was really a gift that took all the stress away. Thank you!
