Trailer reserved through the website and received confirmation by email. Today while collecting the trailer I suddenly hear that you have to be 23 to reserve a trailer, this is not mentioned on the website and has not been communicated by allsafe during the reservation. We were suddenly there without a trailer with an agreed time to pick up things. Fortunately, we were able to quickly rent a trailer somewhere else for DOUBLE the price. Thanks allsafe for screwing up my moving budget!

It is very easy to reserve a trailer for the next day. Everything was arranged so that the trailer could be picked up quickly. Unfortunately, we were suddenly refused at pick-up because the driver was not yet 23, while this was no problem at the time of booking. Very bad.

As you can see, I have given it 5 stars, for good reason, top staff, nice location, spaces are good, convenient system you can pick up and drop off your belongings at any time. Just to recommend !!
