Heating moved in my new home & very satisfied! I have had a very good experience with this DIY company. The man who came has thought well about the placement and the problem in terms of location. It was nice to communicate with him and he was able to order things quickly and come by at short notice. If I have another job I will definitely come back :)

Called the company to request a quote but the gentleman asked halfway through 'what is this conversation about?'. Even before I could explain that, he put the phone down. Extremely Unprofessional !!

The website comes across as friendly and informative. I just called about a minor defect in my toilet, asking if it can be fixed. What a smart thing to say. I understand that the mister must have a look at the defect before a quotation can be made and I am also quite willing to pay costs for it. But because of how I am spoken to, I will let someone else come. You see more and more that freelancers and sole traders engage good SEO specialists, who then create a good website with beautiful promotional texts and customer-friendliness first. And then - when you get in touch - discover in real life that you are doing business with an incredible butterfly.

Very unfortunate, we as an emergency service in the plumbing. Arriving at a job done by this gentleman. Wall plate skewed and not good in depth. In the conversation with the customer on the phone, I ask for a conversation with the mechanic, I hear his name and laugh. It is now the 22nd time that we have to clean up his mess. If I want to make an appointment as an intermediary installer, he hangs up !!!! He has nothing to report to me and leaves the customer cold ..... you don't! Crook!
