Highly recommended! Get in touch quickly, friendly, human and professional. Both as a seller very satisfied, but also my buyer eventually continued the purchase compared to another house because of the friendly and experienced broker (Dennis).

The appraisal could be scheduled quickly, which was very nice. At the appointment, I was called in advance that the appraiser would arrive a little later than planned. He arrived 30 minutes later than agreed. The appraiser was friendly during the valuation, nothing wrong with that. We would receive the report after 10 days at the latest. Ultimately, this had to wait more than three weeks. In the meantime, I called the office several times, where we were always promised that we would be informed of the state of affairs the same day, this never happened. Each time we had to follow up ourselves and then receive the same notification (we do not know what the situation is, we will inform you afterwards and then we will call you back asap). Very Disappointing. Finally, the relevant appraiser contacted us. He has also promised to inform us a number of times about the state of affairs and, for example, to call back the next morning. This was also not complied with.

Appraisal requested. Their agent came by within two days. We were positively surprised. The report would be ready within 10 working days (incl. Nwwi approval). After three weeks, the report was still not with the nwwi. We have often called the back and said that we REALLY need the appraisal to apply for our financing and every time we are disappointed. If you want a fast and reliable valuation, do not go to Santen de Hoog !!!
