After we had also experienced this experience with broker 1, we went to Andre Kip and his team. What an experience! That same day, Andre sat with us at the kitchen table in the evening and we immediately had a good feeling. The following weekend their own photographer came to take pictures for half the day. Normal photos, 360 degree photos and a 3D tour. These people are seriously going crazy! For that reason, after our advertisement went online, it immediately started to storm. After 1 day of viewings (by Andre Kip) there were immediately several bids and Andre kept me informed live during those viewings. Even if potential buyers had questions, Andre texted me immediately, this also created a pleasant fun viewing for the buyer with the information relevant to them. What Andre does very well is to ask the parties that had made an offer how they think they can arrange the financing, also because they are outbid with their own money. This also makes the potential buyer aware of possible risks. The great thing is that this broker also has a mortgage (advice) branch and can possibly help the (potential) buyers with this, so you as a seller also know where you stand. All in all, as a result of this review, I give a well-deserved 10! When I read the rest of the reviews of this broker, I am certainly not alone in this .....

For us this was the first time we had to put a house on the market. I knew nothing about it and I am therefore glad that it could all be taken care of. We are mainly helped by Lars Groenewold. He showed us several houses and showed our house to others. It did this very enthusiastically and with a lot of energy. Our house was therefore sold within a week. I am convinced that the goal of the company is not to get rid of the house as soon as possible, but to sell your house at the best price. Coincidentally, they can do this while sales are also going fast. In short, they can certainly sell and stupid questions do not exist with them.

He actively thinks about small adjustments that make your home that little bit more attractive. Andre and his team are extremely quick in communication and have anything but 9am / 5pm mentality. In the current housing market where everything has to be done quickly, this is a big plus. Andre, Lars and the rest of the team, we are very grateful to you.

We are very satisfied with Andre Kip and the colleagues from Makelaar Idee. It was a very competent and friendly collaboration from the outset. We had a private offer of € 158,500 which, according to Andre Kip, was far too little. According to him, it contained at least 2 tons. In the end, he sold the house within a few days, just before the end of the year, for € 215,000. This was way above all our expectations. Highly recommended.
