My wife and I had our house sold by ben-s. I am very satisfied with their service: communication is always clear, smooth and open. A comprehensive vision is developed and discussed for the provision of services, in which they create realistic expectations about the position on the market, strategy and prices. During the sales process they are always easily accessible and they use contacts with a very friendly and good stylist and photographer. After signing the purchase contract, communication continues smoothly, even if there are minor changes. For example, on the morning of the final inspection, we received a call that the broker who would be present was sick and who his replacement was. Small things, but it gives a good feeling when this is also communicated so neatly. An extra point during this time: all the rules surrounding corona are also well taken into account. When discussing the vision, we were sick ourselves, but we could easily make the appointment remotely and as explained above, this goes just as smoothly on the side of the broker in the event of illness. What topped it off is that our home was not only bought well above the asking price, but also for a price far above our own expectations. All in all, I can highly recommend ben-s if you are looking for a broker!

Sold my apartment to all satisfaction through ben-s.nl in Sept 2020. Strengths: - Knowledge of the market, nice to be able to determine a good sales strategy - When you call the office, you will be answered in a competent and friendly manner, whoever you speak to. This also applies via email or Whatsapp. - Listens to customer requirements - Sales stylist and photographer are true professionals - Sales broker continued late into the evening to negotiate the best offer for me and kept me regularly informed - Great rate In short: recommended! Especially because they are under one roof and have short lines of communication with a fantastic mortgage adviser: Sharp Financial Advice. This turned out to be a decisive factor when purchasing my new home.

Contact with Ralph and Marije went very smoothly. There was quick and competent contact, which made everything go very smoothly. Ralph is an enthusiastic and reliable broker who has supervised the sale very well. The contact with his colleague Marije was also pleasant. Marije always responded quickly and clearly. All in all, a very good positive experience with a nice quick outcome (sale within a week). Absolute must !!
