Heidak insulated a flat roof with me a few years ago and again covered it with bitumen. Shortly thereafter, a light dome caused leakage. This mail leak has been resolved after 4x mailing / calling. It was a porous seam in the roof covering. This has been remedied by Heidak and I was able to recover the damage from my insurance. Leakage at another location within two years. It starts with a few drops but soon it gets worse. I suspect a porous seam again. Reported in April this year by e-mail and later also by telephone. It is now October and the leak has still not been remedied. I now give 3 stars but if there is no response I have to adjust my rating down.
