Service is truly awful! Basically bought and received a nice product, but the product (shower cabin) does not meet the dimensions. We have bought a 90/90 shower cabin, on which a sill has also been placed by the tiler. The tiler has verified the size for the placement of the threshold with the box, which says 90x90x200 in large letters. A week later, the installer comes to assemble the shower cabin, and it soon becomes apparent that the shower does not have the 90/90 size. This was made known in the shop, after which I received a line drawing (not included with manual) that indicated other sizes. Then indicated that this is particularly annoying since the tiles have been laid and the threshold is mounted exactly at 90/90 between the tiles, as indicated on the box. Then kept on the phone for two weeks by the helpdesk, with the promise to be called back several times and put in contact with the supplier. We are now weeks later and we are still waiting for a phone call. In the meantime I contacted the supplier myself, who will give me the same line drawing again. This shows an adjustability of 88-89 cm. Once again verified if these are really the correct sizes and this was confirmed by the supplier and store. Then have the installer come for the second time to install the shower cubicle. The line drawing also turned out to be incorrect during installation. The holes are now in the new tiles and it turns out ... the cabin really does not fit. The result: broken tiles and no suitable shower cubicle. Returns turned out not to be possible after the very first call .. "After all, the box was opened". Very unfortunate if you only discover what the actual sizes are after opening the box .. so 88-89x88-89x200, instead of 90x90x200 which is written on the box in cow letters. All in all, a very disappointing choice to buy the stuff at megadump. They live up to their name, they dump it on your doorstep and after that they are no longer available and do not provide any kind of service and understanding.

Bathroom furniture bought with hidden flaws. When a complaint is made about this you will be told is a show model. Also not well delivered and delivery person was very unfriendly. We will never buy here again!
