I dropped-in while on a business trip and was made very welcome by Robbert the coach and the fellow members. I travel and drop-in at many boxes and this one is one of the better boxes I've been to. Coaching was on point and he was very careful to asses my level and gave very helpful feedback. Great box, great members!

After five years of doing nothing at all with sports, I decided to sign up for this box on the advice of friends. At first it took some getting used to, but I'm starting to like it more and more. In fact, I'm looking forward to going now. I can only speak from experience of a beginner, but the guidance you get here, also as a beginner, is really very good. The monthly price scared me at first, but it is well worth it. Understanding, personal attention and guidance and constant motivation are of paramount importance here.

A super crossfit box, in a beautiful location, run by coaches who want to get the best out of you and the community with passion and hard work. It is accessible to everyone, whatever your level or goal! Highly recommended.

I have been exercising all my life and was already in good shape. But since the 3 years that I have been at Crossfit Ridderkerk, I have been able to learn a lot. Thanks to the very personal guidance, clear explanation about the technique, attitude, scaling etc ... I have made enormous progress. And I do things that I never thought possible. Climb in a rope, handstand, weights, double unders etc ... all by building up with the right scaling I got further and further. And that at my age. Because belong to the older ones, although the company is very mixed. And everyone is welcome for training at their own level. I do it with great pleasure !!

Super nice box where you can be yourself and train at your own level. A nice well-kept box in a beautiful location in the woods. Lots of room for personal attention from the professional coaches, for a good development in strength, condition and technique. There is always a positive atmosphere. A cup of coffee or tea after the wod or straight home, everything is good. A lot is organized to keep the group spirit optimal. Think of drinks, barbecues, surveys, community meetings, food challenges, watching the OPEN together etc. All nice and without obligation, I am a fan!
