Clear and dedicated instructions. Attention to detail and a good vibe overall. If you're set to put the work in, you'll have the best environment to do it in. Since I'm a BJJ guy, I can vouch for that (grappling too). I doubt there's a Black Belt in the Netherlands that can outdo Jeroen. There, I said it! (since he's never gonna 'cause of his damn modesty)
