The enormous growth and workload is a good excuse to spend less time on customer satisfaction. Good intake, observation and consistent advice are not appreciated. The patients are therefore a factory for hours and no more or less. Merel Kooning does not have time to treat a patient properly. She flies from one treatment room to another to quickly assess a follow-up treatment. And if, consequently, this follow-up treatment deviates completely from the original and contributes additional costs, then the patient does not understand and listen.

Beautiful practice, dentist blackbird kooning himself not yet met. Many employees where it is unclear who is who. In addition, there is not always consultation with the patient about what they are going to do. And they announce things without consultation. Taking pictures cleaning teeth. Make an appointment for about half a year, and if you indicate that you want to say it once a year. That that is necessary for everyone. Find that nonsense! I have to pay for it myself and take pictures once every 3 or 4 years, for example, it is fine for me too, but they are friendly and correct

Nice people. Take time for you. Good advice, but we also listen to your own wishes. Nice bright modern practice room.
