Serious warning! Constant problems and illegibility. Poor communication. "I understand that it is confusing. It is also confusing for us." is the only explanation and apology given. Clear invoices are impossible to have, have no idea what paying for. Adding collecting costs while original invoice is never send. And specification not given even when asked several times. If you want to end the contract because of these constant lack of asked information and payment specifications: "If you want to end the contract before this date you will pay the following amount: €75 pick-up cost 12 x EUR 35.47" Absolutely unreasonable. I have never seen so bad "customer service" and communication. False claims. Giving my case to consumentenbond next week. I could of have several good quality laptops of my own in the price of this nasty mess.

Elbuco does not check contracts. My account number is linked to a contract that someone else in my family has entered into without my agreement. Not my signature but someone else's is on the contract. I have indicated several times that I cannot pay and that the contract is not in my name. Then a bailiff is threatened. Or they want to pick up the laptop with which you lose an even higher amount, namely the remaining of the contract + costs of the laptop. I couldn't afford this at all. As a result, I incurred a debt. Since it is not a legally valid contract in this case, I have appealed for recovery according to undue payments. I expect my money back from elbuco, otherwise I will challenge this through my legal assistance insurance. This is against the law!

What a lousy business this is. Nothing is picked up, nothing is handled. The only thing they are good at is cashing. But do you have a complaint ......... they do not listen to no response whatsoever.

Worthless driving. Just drive you off the road because they think they have to push themselves in between. Hopelessly unprofessional behavior.

Mistakes are so often made with the depreciation that it happens several times that they depreciate the monthly lease amount of the same month twice. Thinking, of course, that you won't notice it. This has already been indicated several times but it continues to happen. Also very unfriendly customer service.
